Property claims notice – ARC Electronics

Following the recent passing of Simon Oldham, a limited period is being provided for individuals
to formally notify the executor if they believe they have personal propert
currently located at ARC Electronics.

This process exists solely to allow the executor to identify and assess potential claims
relating to items left on the premises.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee that any item will be released.

All claims will be:
• reviewed by the executor of the Estate of Simon Oldham,
• assessed against available records and evidence, and
• subject to confirmation of ownership and identity prior to any release.

Claim window Claims must be submitted no later than 14 February 2026
Claims received after this date may not be considered.

How to submit a claim
1. Visit the claim form using the link below.
2. Complete the online claim form with as much detail as possible.
3. Upload any supporting evidence if available.

Claims must be submitted via the online form.
Claims made in person or by email cannot be accepted.

Important notes
• This process applies only to personal property believed to be located at ARC Electronics.
• Items may include personal property and items left for repair or servicing.
• Individuals must not attend the premises unless contacted and an appointment has been arranged.
• Any approved collection will require photographic identification and completion of a formal handover record.
